Cost Insurance
Your costs are set in
stone for the term you select for your
Cost Certain
Color Print Program. If any of the predictions of future inflation concern
you, you will find it comforting to know that your color printing prices are set
for this term. In the past year many of the printer manufacturers have increased
the price of toner to keep up with their costs. Can you be confident that the
price you pay to print today will be the same a year from now?
Page Coverage Insurance
With the
Cost
Certain
Color Print Program you pay per page without regard to the amount of color
you place on your page. A powerful Power Point slide with a midnight blue
background is the same price as a simple flyer. This frees a firm to use color
to the max. Many designers have found themselves limited in their designs for
fear of the cost of printing. With Cost Certain you can be freed of that concern
and design your pieces for maximum impact.
Reliability Insurance
For the term of the
Cost
Certain
Color Print Program you select you are covered by an on-site warranty that
covers all parts and labor, in addition you are covered by the famous Xerox
Total Satisfaction
Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the
performance of your Xerox equipment, at your request, Xerox will repair it or
will replace it without charge to you with an identical model or a machine with
comparable features and capabilities. The term of the Xerox Total Satisfaction
Guarantee is equal to the term of your
Cost Certain
Color Print
Program Agreement. This guarantee is subject to all limitations set forth
in the warranty and service agreement for this equipment.
You can be confident that no matter the length of your
Cost Certain
Color Print Program the
equipment will be fully functional and well maintained.
Plan Volume Insurance
With the
Cost
Certain
Color Print Program you may change your monthly committed pages volume
once a year, with a 30 day notice. Your price per page will be altered to
correspond with the
Cost Certain
price per print on your
original order form for the corresponding volume. This allows you to increase or
decrease your committed pages to respond to changing requirements.
