1. With all color printers the standard cost per page is calculated by using 5% of each toner for 20% total
to arrive at a standard comparable cost.

The above calculated costs do not take into account pages that exceed 20% coverage of the page. Many customers that print from Power Point or print proposals find that they are printing 35% to 60% coverage pages. The Real Estate Industry is typically  printing 60%+ coverages. These pages cost >50¢.

The above costs for these printers do not include on-site service. Your Program Price per Page covers all parts, labor and travel charges to maintain the printer in top working order, for the term of the agreement. It also covers all shipping fees for supplies ordered for the term of the agreement.

Knowing your costs will allow you to manage your costs.

1) The printer we are offering with the Cost Certain Print System is the Xerox Phaser 8860, a 30 page per minute color printer. It normally sells for $2,399.

2) You only pay per print starting as low as 9¢ a print, the printer and on-site service is included in the price of the print.

3) Included in this price is the Phaser 8860 and all supplies and on-site service. You may order supplies on-line (24x7) and the supplies will be delivered within 48 hours by Fed-Ex. There are no shipping charges for the supplies. The on-site warranty includes all parts and labor. Next day service is standard. Same day service is not to be unexpected. Patriot Group’s Xerox trained techs will respond to service calls.

4) You get “Coverage Insurance” - this means no matter how much toner you use on a page you are only charged the base price. If you print Power Point Slides or 8”x 10” photos the price stays the same per page program price.

5) You get “Inflation Insurance” for the term of the agreement your price will not change. Just ask yourself if the price you pay today for a toner will be the same in a year. If there is inflation in our future it will not be with your color printing.

6) You get “Reliability Insurance” with the famous Xerox Total Satisfaction Guarantee with this printer:
 

If you are not satisfied with the performance of your Xerox equipment, at your request Xerox will repair it or will replace it without charge to you with an identical model or a machine with comparable features and capabilities. The term of the Xerox Total Satisfaction Guarantee is equal to the term of your  Cost Certain Print System Agreement. This guarantee is subject to all limitations set forth in the warranty and service agreement for this equipment.
 

7) Your return printer does not need to be in working order.

What is the catch?

There is no catch. Xerox wants to increase printer installs this quarter. Xerox  has allocated the Houston market region 100 Phaser 8860 printers for this Color Print System program.  This offer ends on June 30, 2009 or when the 100th printer is placed in the Cost Certain program, whichever comes first. We hope this is an offer you cannot refuse. Many businesses want to cut costs and not spend any money - this is that opportunity!  If you print 1,000 color prints a month then this is a deal you should consider.
